Delivery policy

At Bontà, we strive to deliver your freshly-made food with love, as soon as possible. Depending on your location and the time of the order we usually are able to deliver next day.

Enjoy free shipping across door–to-door delivery service：Hong Kong Local (Excluding Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau and restricted districts) for orders above HK$ 698. For orders under HK$ 698, a standard shipping fee of HKD 88 applies.

Delivery only available to Premises with elevator service

What if you are not at home to receive your order?
We understand that there may be times when you are unable to be at home to accept your delivery. Please monitor your mobile phone as our team may try to reach you by phone call or WhatsApp. Under these circumstances, we may leave your order at your doorstep or with you building concierge, if available.

In case we are refused entry by the building management or are unable to enter your building, your order will be returned to our warehouse. We will do our best to re-delivery, though additional delivery fees may apply.

Special Weather Arrangements
Delivery will be temporarily suspended under “Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above” or when the “Black Rainstorm Warning” is hoisted.
Our team will contact you about the new delivery schedule.
